Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

As food is a perishable item, we don't accept return. However, in exceptional cases where there is a discrepancy we will issue a refund.


In case you did not like our meal, we would appreciate an immediate return during delivery. No returns are entertained once the delivery boy has left the delivery destination. Return is subject to following conditions:

  • Food delivered is not same as the food order
  • Food is stale although we will make sure we serve fresh and delicious food for you

In case of returns, we will issue a full refund through the same mode in which the payment was received. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Cancellations are only permitted immediately when the order is placed. We won't entertain cancellation if duration is more than 5 minutes from the time an order is placed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Policy

We promise to deliver the hot and steamy food to your doorstep in 1-1.5 hours at the maximum.
