This melting pot of baby potatoes, carrot, flat beans, cauliflower, fresh peas, brinjal along with Methi Muthiya (fritters of fenugreek), mixed with fresh curry spices and sugar, is cooked slowly. With its crunchy texture and burst of sweet and spicy this is a traditional Gujarati favorite.
